If you can't log in to your Huel account, here are a few common reasons:

1. Wrong regional store
• Each Huel store (UK, EU, US, SE, etc.) is separate.
• If you log in to the wrong region, your subscription won’t appear.
👉 Switch stores using the flag at the top or bottom of the website.

2. Account not linked
• If you checked out as a guest or didn’t finalise creating your account, your subscription may not show.
• To fix this, register your account with the same email you used to place your subscription order.

3. Duplicate accounts
• Sometimes customers accidentally set up more than one account with different emails (e.g. personal vs work email).
• Make sure you’re logging in with the same email you used for your subscription.

• If none of the above apply, drop us an email at team@huel.com with your order number and we’ll help link your subscription.
