1. Check your login details
• Make sure you’re using the same email address you used when you set up your subscription.
• If you’re not sure which email is linked, search your inboxes for past Huel order confirmations.
2. Reset your password
• Go to the Huel Account Login page
• Click Forgot your password? and follow the steps to reset it.
3. Regional stores
• Accounts are store-specific (UK, EU, US, SE, etc.).
• If you’re logging into the wrong regional site, your subscription won’t appear. Use the flag selector at the bottom of the website to switch stores.
4. Browser/device issues
• Clear cache and cookies.
• Try logging in with an incognito/private window.
• Switch to another browser or device.
