If your subscription looks stuck or isn’t updating in your account, here are a few things to try:

1. Refresh your account
• Log out of your Huel account and log back in.
• Check under My Subscriptions to see if changes have applied.
2. Clear browser cache
• Old browser data can stop updates showing correctly.
• Clear your cache and cookies, or try an incognito/private window.
3. Switch device or browser
• If the issue continues, try logging in from another browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) or device.
4. Timing
• If you made updates close to your subscription’s processing window (2am–5am), the renewal may already be locked.
• In that case, changes will only apply from your next scheduled order.
