If you didn’t get your subscription reminder email, here are the most common reasons:

1. Spam or junk filtering
• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Search for the subject line: “Your next Huel order will be processed on…”
• Add uk.info@huel.com to your safe sender list.
2. Incorrect email address
• Make sure the email address in your account is up to date under My Details.
3. Subscription processed immediately
• If you used “I need it now”, your order was processed right away and no reminder email is sent.
4. Timing
• Reminder emails are sent 3 days before your subscription processes.
• If you cancelled your subscription or changed the date less than 3 days before, you won’t get a reminder.
