We are really sorry to hear this! There can be a few reasons why an item will be missing from your order. Hopefully one of these might help answer your question.
- Your order was split. If you placed a large order, it might be that your order was split into multiple packages (this is especially common if you're ordering Ready to Drink).
- The item you ordered is out of stock. If this is the case, you should have received an email informing about changes in your order. Please check your inbox to see if you missed an email from us. (Don’t forget to check your spam folder)
- Human error. Your order might have been mispacked, and we are really sorry about this. If you think this is the case, please send over a clear photo of the shipping label on the box as well as a photo of the inside and outside of the box and we will look into this. (Don't forget to provide the order number)
- Promotional items. To receive a free product, you must follow the instructions in your email, add a promotional item & apply the discount code. The free item won't be added to your order if you do not follow these instructions.
