If you’ve applied for an NHS discount but haven’t received your code, here are a few things to check:

1. Marketing opt-in
• You must tick the “Opt in to marketing” box during the application process.
• If you didn’t opt in, you won’t receive your code.

2. Check your NHS email inbox
• Make sure you entered your @nhs.uk email address correctly.
• Search for “Huel NHS” in your inbox and check your spam/junk folder in case it was filtered.

3. Already applied this year
• NHS discount codes are only issued once every 12 months.
• If you’ve already applied in the past year, you won’t be sent a new code until you’re eligible again.

4. Verification delay
• In some cases, codes can take up to 24–48 hours to arrive (especially if additional proof is needed).
