How points work
• Points are added to your account immediately after placing an order, but they first appear as pending.
• After 4 days, they will become available to use.

Why the delay?
The short pending period allows time for:
• Cancellations – if an order is cancelled, the points are removed.
• Refunds/returns – points are adjusted if items are returned.
• Processing – to ensure only completed purchases add points to your spendable balance.

• Pending points can’t be redeemed until they move to your available balance.
• Subscription orders earn double points, but they also follow the same pending period.
• If you cancel or refund your order, the pending points from that purchase will be deducted.
