Yes — if this is your first time ordering eligible Huel products, your starter kit items will be included automatically, even if you don’t see them listed in your basket at checkout.
Why don’t I see them in my basket?
Starter kit items like the shaker, greens bottle, reusable pot, scoop(s), and handbook are automatically added to your order after checkout if you’re eligible.
They don’t always appear in your basket or order summary before payment — but they’ll be packed with your delivery.
Who gets a starter kit?
You’ll receive starter kit items if it’s your first order of the following products:
• Huel Powder (v3.0, Black Edition, or Essential) – includes shaker, scoop(s), handbook
• Huel Daily Greens – includes greens bottle, scoop(s), handbook
• Huel Hot & Savory (bulk pouches) – includes reusable pot, handbook
• T-shirt – included only with first-time subscription orders (make sure to select your size at checkout)
Already ordered before?
Starter kit items are only sent once per customer per product type.
If you’ve already received a shaker, pot, or bottle in a previous order, we won’t include them again — even if you’re ordering a Bundle or placing a larger order.
