• Check under My Subscriptions in your Huel Account.
2. Multiple accounts
• You may have more than one Huel account under different email addresses (e.g. work vs personal).
• If so, subscriptions on another account may have processed.
3. Family or shared account
• Someone else with access to your account may have placed an order.
4. Fraudulent activity (rare)
• If none of the above apply, it may be unauthorised use of your details.
• Contact us immediately at team@huel.com so we can investigate and help secure your account.
5. Account flagged
• If you’ve been flagged for breaking our Terms & Conditions, such as reselling, your account may have been restricted and auto-charges can occur as part of existing subscriptions before closure.
