If your order isn’t showing in your Huel account, there are a few common reasons why this might happen:

1. Guest checkout
• If you checked out as a guest, the order won’t automatically appear in your account.
• To link your order history, create an account using the same email address you used to place the order.

2. Wrong email address
• Orders are tied to the email address used at checkout.
• If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you’re logging in with the one linked to your order.

3. Wrong regional store
• Huel accounts are store-specific (UK, EU, US, SE, etc.).
• If you’re logged into the wrong region, your order history won’t display.
👉 Use the flag at the bottom of the website to switch to the correct store.

4. System delay
• Occasionally, it can take a short while for recent orders to appear in your account.
• Please allow a little time before checking again.
