If your order is heading to the wrong address, here’s what you can do:

UK deliveries (DPD)
• Once your order has shipped, you can make changes directly in the My DPD app.
• You can:
• Update house numbers or minor address details.
• Redirect to a neighbour or Pickup shop.
• Large changes (like a different town or postcode) aren’t always possible once the parcel is in transit.
If you spot the issue early
• Contact us at team@huel.com right away with your order number and the correct address.
• If your order hasn’t been picked or shipped yet, we may be able to update it for you.

Important to know
• If the order is already out for delivery, rerouting options are limited to what the courier allows.
• If the parcel can’t be delivered, it may be returned to us and we’ll arrange a resend or refund (minus carrier costs if applicable).
