Standard timing
• Once processed by Huel, refunds usually take 5–10 working days to appear in your account.
• The exact timing is down to your bank or payment provider.
By payment method
• Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex): 5–10 working days.
• PayPal / Apple Pay: often faster, but allow up to 10 working days.
• Expired cards: refunds still go back to the original bank account linked to that card.
Important to know
• Refunds always go back to the original payment method used.
• We can’t change the destination of a refund once it’s processed.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation from us as soon as your refund has been issued.
