1. Duplicate authorisation
• Sometimes your bank shows the same payment twice (one is pending, one will settle).
• The duplicate usually disappears within a few days.
2. Two subscriptions
• Check if you have more than one active subscription in your account.
• Each subscription renews and charges separately.
3. Multiple orders
• If you placed a one-off order in addition to your subscription, you’ll see two charges.
4. Payment retry
• If the first attempt failed (e.g. card declined, insufficient funds), our system may retry and show multiple authorisations.
5. Bank error
• Rare, but sometimes banks duplicate charges in error. If one doesn’t drop off in a few days, contact your bank.

What to do next
1. Log into your Huel account → My Subscriptions → check order history.
2. Review your bank statement to see if one charge is still “pending.”
3. If both charges have settled, email team@huel.com with your order number and payment details. We’ll investigate and refund any true duplicate.
