If your changes didn’t save in your Huel account, here are a few things to check:

1. Confirm you clicked save
• After editing your subscription or details, make sure you select Save or Confirm before leaving the page.
2. Browser issues
• Clear your cache and cookies.
• Try using an incognito/private window.
• Switch to another browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
3. Timing
• If you were editing close to your subscription’s processing window (2am–5am), the order may have already started processing.
• Changes will only apply to your next renewal if processing has begun.
4. Internet connection
• Make sure you had a stable internet connection while making the changes.
