If your subscription is showing the wrong items, here’s what may be happening and how to fix it.

1. Changes not applied yet
• If you recently updated your subscription, the new items will only show for your next renewal.
• Any order already processed will still reflect the old items.
2. Multiple subscriptions
• Double-check if you have more than one active subscription in your account.
• Each subscription can contain different products and frequencies.
3. Account mix-up
• Make sure you’re logged into the correct regional store (UK, EU, US, SE, etc.) and email linked to your subscription.
4. Technical issue
• If your subscription still shows incorrect items after updates, it may be a display error.
• Log out and back in, or clear your browser cache and cookies.
