Why this happens
• Subscription orders are processed automatically between 2am–5am on your renewal date.
• If you make changes after processing has started, they won’t apply to that renewal.
• The order you receive will reflect your previous subscription settings.

• Your changes will be saved and will apply to your next renewal.
• You can double-check by logging into your account and reviewing My Subscriptions.

• To make sure changes apply to your next order, update your subscription at least the day before your renewal date.
• If you need your new subscription setup right away, use the “I need it now” option in Manage Subscription.
