If your Refer a Friend code hasn’t applied at checkout, here are some things to check:

1. Minimum spend
• The referral code is only valid on first orders over £60.

2. First-time order only
• Referral codes can only be used by new customers placing their first Huel order.
• If you’ve ordered before, the referral code won’t apply.

3. Expiry date
• Referral codes are time-limited (usually valid for 90 days).
• If the code has expired, it can’t be reactivated.

4. One code per order
• Only one discount code can be applied at checkout.
• If another code is already active, the referral code won’t stack.

5. Try again
• Remove the code and re-enter it in the Discount Code box at checkout.
• Double-check for typos or extra spaces when copying and pasting.
