How to cancel
• Log into your Huel Account → My Orders.
• If the option to Cancel order is showing, you can cancel it directly.
Important to know
• Our warehouse moves quickly. Once an order has entered processing or been shipped, cancellation isn’t guaranteed.
• If you need urgent help, please contact us straight away at team@huel.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to stop it, but if it’s already on its way you may need to wait for delivery and then arrange a return.
• Skipping or cancelling a subscription delivery must be done before the renewal date — once it generates, it counts as an order.
