It depends on whether your order is a one-time order or a subscription order.

One-time orders
• Our fulfillment team works quickly, so once an order is placed it’s often too late to make changes.
• If you need to amend something, email us at team@huel.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change.
• If your order has already been picked, packed, or shipped, we won’t be able to update it.

Subscription orders
You can update your subscription items anytime:
1. Log into your Huel Account.
2. Go to My Subscriptions.
3. Select Manage Subscription.
4. Edit the products, flavors, or quantities.
5. Save your changes — they’ll apply to your next renewal.

If your order has already shipped and you don’t want some of the items, you can return them once they arrive. See our Delivery Questions page for how returns work.
