If your refund hasn’t arrived yet, we understand how frustrating that can be. Before contacting us, here are a few things to check:
1. Has it been 10 business days?
Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment method and bank. If it’s been fewer than 10 business days, it may still be processing.
2. Can you see the original charge?
If the original charge is no longer showing, your refund may have been processed as a reversal, meaning the charge was simply removed rather than refunded separately.
3. Have you checked with your bank?
Sometimes banks experience delays in posting refunds. Contacting your bank can help confirm whether the refund is in progress on their end.
Still need help?
If it’s been more than 10 business days and your bank hasn’t received the refund, please contact our Customer Experience team so we can investigate further.
