• This ensures refunds are processed securely and go back to the correct customer.
• Payment providers do not allow us to redirect refunds to another card, bank account, or PayPal/Apple Pay wallet.

What if my card has expired?
• Don’t worry — the refund will still go back to the bank account linked to that card.
• Your bank will handle routing the funds to your current account.
What if my account is closed?
• Contact your bank or payment provider directly. In most cases, they’ll still be able to locate and transfer the funds.
