Consuming Huel meals may be okay if your diverticular disease is in remission, but we do advise caution.
If you're in an active diverticulitis phase, the ground flaxseed may get caught up in diverticular pockets and cause irritation, so we suggest avoiding Huel products.
Please note that Huel Hot & Savory are not suitable if you have diverticulosis (both in remission and active).
